Embrace Your Path;
Master Your Life

Achieve healing and success through Logotherapy by using a variety of modalities to discover your true values, strengths and goals.
Bishvili can be read in two ways.
Bishvili: For Me
The whole world was created for me. Everything that happens is somehow connected to my unique mission. Everything that happens is to help me further my growth. Large or small, enjoyable or painful, everything is here for a purpose. And the purpose is me. I am as important and unique as Adam HaRishon, the first man, who faced the entire world that had been created and set up just for him. Bishvili Nivrah HaOlam.
Bishvili: On My Path
The Baal Shem Tov teaches: My path is unique to me. The challenges I face, the tools I was given, my surrounding and belongings and family and history – all of this created my path, my shvil. I alone, and nobody has, is biShvili, on my path.
I am always Bishvili, On My Path. To reach my highest potential, to transform my soul up to its greatest heights, I need to stay focused on my path and look out for stumbling blocks, byways, and distractions. I need to recognize that everything in my path is put here Bishvili, For Me, to help me grow.

Often, when the challenges are so large, it can be difficult to face them alone. Adam was created alone, but very soon, Hashem set us up as a community. Humans need other humans. We are not meant to struggle alone.

If you are faced with challenges that seem insurmountable, with a situation that seems to have no way out, please reach out for help. I am here to help you access your inner strength, find your shvil, and use your God-given tools to make for yourself the best life you can have on your path. Nobody can change your path; that is up to Hashem alone. But you can learn how to feel better and master your path. I am here to help you. Reach out to me any time at [email protected]
Why Me? Why Now?
For a long time, I have been sharing my opinion on why it seems that today so many more people need therapy. Then, I discovered this phenomenal talk given by Rabbi Shais Taub, where he tackles  this issue and answers with almost the same exact thoughts that I had, but also with a mind blowing story.
If you have ever wondered why you seem to have so many struggles while your forebears didn't appear to need therapy, I strongly recommend that you watch this video.

Why is there a horse in the logo?

Horses have a unique relationship with humans. They are strong and powerful, yet humans can train them, and have been doing so for thousands of years. At the same time, a horse may occasionally ignore a command. Why would a horse do that?

Horses are excellent at communication. You cannot fool a horse. A horse can sense if you love it, hate it, or are frightened by it. A horse can sense if you are confident and want to ride, or if you are afraid to go forward. A horse will obey your true inner feelings, even if you pretend otherwise.

In many ways, our relationship with our inner world is like that of a horse and rider. Who are you? Are you the horse? Or you the rider? Pay attention to your inner world and discover which voices you are really listening to. Is there someplace you'd like to go? Something you wish to accomplish? What is holding you back? You can be as powerful, smart, communicative, and strong as a horse traveling on its path.
